Production time
The current production target is dispatch within 5–10 working days after payment and artwork approval. Orders needing clarification, replacement artwork or a corrected proof may take longer. We will contact you using the order email address if anything prevents production.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are sent using an appropriate postal or courier service. Tracking is supplied where the chosen service includes it. The delivery address entered at Stripe checkout must be complete and correct. Unless a different delivery period is agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days.
Postage charges
Standard UK postage is currently included in the displayed introductory price. Any optional faster or specialist service will be shown and agreed before payment.
Damage, delay or non-delivery
Email paul@engravespec.co.uk with the order reference if an item arrives damaged or has not arrived within the advised period. Keep all packaging and provide photographs for damage claims. This does not affect statutory rights.
International orders
International checkout is not currently available. Contact us before ordering to request a separate quotation and confirm whether delivery is possible.

Control-panel fascia beta orders
Fascia orders receive a manual manufacturability review after payment. We may contact you if an approved cut-out, clearance, internal corner radius or dimension appears unsuitable for the selected material. Where practical, we will send a revised proof for approval. Production will not begin until any query is resolved. If no workable revision is agreed, the affected fascia order can be cancelled and refunded.
